Helsana Group acquires software supplier Adcubum
The provider of health and accident insurance software will remain an independent company with its headquarters in St.Gallen. All employees are to be retained. Niederer Kraft Frey advised Helsana Group as legal advisor on the acquisition of Adcubum AG. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for later this year.
