Evoco is a Swiss-based private equity house focusing on acquiring portfolios composed of small and midcap businesses. They provide a solution to seller in such that they typically acquire all assets in a given portfolio. In structuring and delivering such transactions they always work with the incumbent portfolio manager and are interested in investing into the underlying businesses to further enhance the value in the portfolio. Evoco’s team of ten investment professionals operates out of Zurich but is frequently on the ground to support value creation at its investee companies.
