Membership Categories

Members of the SECA include investment and private equity companies, banks, auditing firms, lawyers, corporate finance and M&A consultants.

• Full Members are companies which are professionally involved in one or more activities related to the objectives of the SECA
  (1-9 employees CHF 1900.- (plus VAT), 10 and more employees CHF 2500.- (plus VAT) per year)
• Associate Members are companies which are interested in one or more activities related to the objective of the organisation, but do not have their main business in the private equity or corporate finance area
  (1-9 employees CHF 1200.- (plus VAT), 10 and more employees CHF 1900.- (plus VAT) per year)
• Individual Members are private people interested in the field of private equity or corporate finance (CHF 500.- (plus VAT) per year).
• Young SECA Member are private people under 40 years and have a maximum of five years professional experience in the field of private equity, venture capital and corporate finance (CHF 200.- (plus VAT) per year). As a Young Professional you are part of Young SECA and will only have access to selected SECA services.

The members of SECA are usually involved in one or more Private Equity Investments and/or Corporate Finance activities. By becoming a member of SECA, you are supporting the expansion of equity financing and corporate finance consulting in Switzerland as well as being part of our professional association.
